This contest is part of a campaign by TPD and the winners will have their photographs printing in the TPD 2016 Calendar that will be distributed to stakeholders of TPD.
By entering this contest, entrants automatically agree to be bound by the terms of this contest as listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions.
Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions listed in this Contest Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification of any submitted entries, and the nullification of contestant privileges to further participate in the contest.
The Contest will be opened for entry submissions starting October 26th, 2015. All entries must submitted no later than 12PM PST, November 2nd, 2015. Late entries will be rejected.
To be eligible to participate, entrants must submit their own photo that they feel represents the theme People Partners and Performance. Submissions must be emailed to photo@tpd.com.
TPD is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed entries. There is also no responsibility or liability for any potential entrant's inability to access the submission process for contest entry. Entries must be submitted electronically. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier, or personal delivery or any other method other than the official Contest website will not be accepted.
Each submission must be the property of the entrant, or entrant must have proof of permission from the owner/author of the property to distribute the content.
Each contestant may submit numerous entries. These entries can be grouped together in one submission or submitted separately.
By submitting any entry, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this post without limitation. Entries must not include content that are unlawful, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, the determination of which is up to the sole discretion of TPD.
Selected contest entries will be displayed on our website throughout the course of the contest with appropriate credits.
There will be 12 photos selected to appear in the Calendar. Each winner will receive $100. If you have submitted multiple photos and more than one are selected you will win $100 for each photo chosen.
Winners of prizes will be notified via email and their names will be released on social media.
All winners will be required to sign and return a release form confirming that TPD is permitted to publish their photo in their 2016 calendar. Refusal to sign the release form will render their win void. In this case a new winner will be chosen.
The winners will be notified on the 2nd of November and must sign and return their release form by close of business on November 5th 2015.
In any event that a signed release form is not returned to TPD by the above mentioned deadline, TPD may withdraw the winner's title, and all unclaimed prize(s) will be forfeited and TPD may select an alternate winner.
In accepting the prizes, the contest winners acknowledge that TPD may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using the prize(s).
Original Works - All entries must be the original creations of the entrants, unless written authorization from the intellectual property owner is provided at the time of entry submission. Contestants agree to indemnify and hold harmless TPD and its contest sponsors from any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement claim or liability with regard to their submissions.
Submitted Entries. By submitting any photo entry for the Contest, the entrant grants TPD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right in perpetuity to use and reproduce the photograph in their 2016 Calendar and subsequent promotional materials. By submitting an entry, the entrant understands the photograph will be featured in the TPD 2016 Calendar and related contest.
Entrants will receive no compensation from such use of the photograph or any other use of the photograph.
If TPD wishes to use your submission in advertising that does not relate to the 2016 Calendar you will be contacted and asked to sign a release form prior to your photograph being used.
Submitted Content. Contestants may NOT submit offensive, pornographic, obscene, criminal or adult themes, links or images. TPD reserve the rights to decide what constitutes deletion, suspension, or banning within the contest.
