Our client, an established marine and industrial engineering company currently have a rare opportunity for a Director of Engineering for their Maple Ridge location.
The Director of Engineering is responsible for leading all aspects of the business including electronic, mechanical, and marine engineering. In addition, the Director of Engineering drives process optimization, integrated life‐cycle services and intellectual property development of the engineering operation. Through an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion to lead by example, the Director leads, mentors and develops a team of 18 talented engineers.
Daily duties will include, planning, organizing and directing all aspects of engineering to meet company objectives for new products, development, technical sales support, product design, design engineering, & production engineering.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering focus is a strong asset), possess a Professional Engineer (PE/P.Eng) designation, 15+ years of experience plus a minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering management experience leading a multi-disciplinary team.

Patient Services Coordinator – Richmond, British Columbia
Our client, a well-known non-profit organization, is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join their tight knit team in Richmond. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be implementing and executing the patient service programs as well as sourcing additional local support services in various communities. Among the Patient Services Coordinator’s duties will be, recruitment and training of volunteer support group facilitators, providing updates of upcoming activities, coordinating and chairing conference calls of support group meeting facilitators and booking transportation/accommodation for patients. Travel for this position is required.
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal communications skills, must be an innovative thinker with strong abilities to problem solve, be proficient in windows-based programs and hold a valid BC driver’s license (Class 5) and access to a vehicle (mileage will be compensated). You will also have a positive and mature disposition and be an excellent team player, creative, flexible and detail oriented. Knowledge in database program Raiser’s Edge would be an asset.

Our client, an industry leader and proud Canadian company specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of interior and exterior finishing products, is seeking an Inside Sales person to manage the sales counter.
This exciting opportunity will involve being responsible for handling all counter sales with customers and a host of loyal contractors, as well as meeting all customers, contractors and assisting them in placing orders, ordering creation and sale on POS/SILK system, pulling orders from warehouse inventory, preparing orders for loading and shipment and delivery.
The successful candidate will have inside counter sales experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude with a knack for creating solutions and have a background in sales within a woodworking business would be considered an asset.
