Reporting to the Director and receiving direction from the Senior Oracle Programmer, the Oracle Programmer performs a variety of duties related to various aspects of data management for the organization, including data being linked and/or extracted as well as being logical, consistent and correctly reflecting the information stored in the databases.

Key responsibilities will include, developing, implementing and maintaining large epidemiological Oracle databases, integrating relational databases into an information system and developing and maintaining client applications using Oracle forms and reports.

To succeed in this role the candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, related experience working with relational databases, strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL, and demonstrated expertise in Oracle Forms.

The HR generalist will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day activities including staffing and sourcing, talent development, performance programs, compensation, policy compliance, and employee relations.

Among the responsibilities of the successful candidate will be implementing strategies that increase employee engagement and retention, in partnership with the North America HR team, deliver timely and impactful employee communications and identify HR process improvement initiatives. Accurate maintenance of employee personnel files, electronic data, and other employee information, will be required as well as selection, placement, and retention of best-in class candidates.
