Legal Administrative Assistant – Surrey, British Columbia

CSA Certificate Technician – Langley, British Columbia

Our client, Montigo a local success story and the best kept secret in custom manufactured gas fireplaces for both commercial and residential purposes, is looking for a self-starter to join their team as their CSA Certification Engineer/Technician.

As a key member of the R&D and Residential Product Development team, you will continuously push the boundaries and capabilities of next generation hearth designs and manufacturing methods. With on the job training provided from a supportive group of people, you will develop into the in-house expert on testing procedures, standards and protocols, serving a vital role on our technical team.

Responsibilities will include, extensively testing and evaluating all design concepts and prototypes including analysis and reporting of data and results, inform the design of next generation of products as they relate to changing industry regulations and trends, especially as they relate to safety, testing requirements or efficiency standards.

Required certifications and experience will consist of 3+ years of experience in a R&D, laboratory, product development or manufacturing setting, as well as a technical diploma or engineering degree. Experience with HVAC, electrical, gas products or combustion testing and/or SolidWorks would also be an asset.
