Recruiting Manager — Vancouver, British Columbia

A successful Recruiting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting department and creating strategic recruitment plans, while establishing standard recruiting practices/ procedures. In addition, the successful candidate will reinforce appropriate applications of human resource policies, standards and procedures to ensure alignment with the organizations mission and values.

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree and/or college diploma or certificate in Personnel Management, Business Management or Human Resources. A minimum of one to two years’ experience as a manager and leader in an operational setting. Recruiting experience is required, as well as a demonstrated set of attributes including, leadership, judgment, delegation, and interpersonal sensitivity.

Credit Manager – Richmond, British Columbia

Reporting to the Senior Credit Manager, the Credit Manager is responsible for the daily undertakings of the credit department and maximizing the collection of overdue payments.

The successful candidate will carry out responsibilities including, undertaking comprehensive credit investigations for eventual adjudication and mitigation, collecting and safeguarding assigned receivables, achieving collection targets through contacting customers, as well as building and retaining sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal Credit Manager will possess a minimum of 5 -7 years’ of key credit experience, CCP designation would be an asset. The candidate will also have excellent risk adjudication and mitigation skills, an ability to priorities, and work without direct supervision as well as being available to travel to various locations in BC when required.
