The successful Mobile Patrol Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining and improving all aspects of the delivery of quality services to an existing key client base as well as nurturing new or potential leads into valued long-term clients. In addition, the Mobile Patrol Manager will work with the mobile patrol team to optimize patrol schedules and improve processes to optimize the service delivery to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience within the security industry, post-secondary education (preferred, but not required), world-class customer service mentality and be self-motivated. A demonstrated ability to produce results while working independently is also required as well as a proven ability to problem solve, plan, analyze, organize, exercise judgment, make effective decisions and delegate. A valid Class 5 BC driver’s license is also a requirement.

Scrum Master - Software Development – Edmonton, Alberta

Our client, an award-winning software company, is adding two Software Development Scrum Masters to their growing headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta. They will work closely with the development teams on product enhancements, feature requests, and managing a collaborative, efficient work environment.

Scrum Masters must have a minimum of five years’ experience managing products, projects with different duration and road maps, and teams using Microsoft C# and.Net development languages.

Responsibilities will include, improving agile and scrum best practices, managing development teams and projects, facilitating daily scrum, planning, demo, and retrospective meetings, managing product release cycles and collaborating with management, architects, and senior developers. The successful candidate will have a scrum master certification (CSM, CSPO) or equivalent, computing technology diploma, university degree, college diploma, Microsoft certifications, other IT designations or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will also have knowledge and experience applying agile techniques and have fluent communication skills in written and spoken English.
