Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor will include maintaining effective written and oral communication with clients, employees, and the operations team. In addition to mail sorting and delivery, the successful candidate will operate the digital printers/copiers and maintain strict confidentiality on all materials and data systems in accordance with established protocols.
In addition, the ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience in a supervising role, preferably in a legal environment with an ability to communicate with customers both verbally and in writing as well as the ability to prepare reports and present information.
